- GHL snapshot — full workflow architecture spec, packaged for repeatable deploy.
- Ad creative — 4 video + 4 static templates running on Meta.
- Landing pages — post-booking, conversion-tuned.
- Kajabi Core Path — 42-lesson curriculum restructure.
Tech under the hood
Cloudflare Pages + Workers + D1, GoHighLevel workflows, n8n where it earns its keep, Meta CAPI, Anthropic SDK for content generation, Loom for review loops.
What changed
Tracy's marketing + ops infrastructure runs as one system. Net-new content ships in days, not weeks. The platform is the product, not a Frankenstein of seven SaaS tabs.
